Teaching can be isolating! NWP brings us together. Without forums like
the summer institutes, writing retreats, and conferences, teachers
would be more isolated than ever. We are better teachers because NWP
events fill us, encourages us, and teaches us. Our students are better
off when money is spent on rejuvenating and training teachers to reach
THEIR full potential. With the NWP, teachers voices are shared and
listened to; and in today's political climate, that happens preciously
little! Don't take away our NWP.
